What to expect

   Say which room it is

   Call and tell us if this is a bathroom, a basement, or both. Describe what you want the room to do when it is done.

   Look at what is there

   We check the existing room: plumbing, the floor, signs of moisture, and what you want to keep.

   Open only what the job needs

   Demo stays inside the scope. The rest of the house is protected as much as the work allows.

   Bathroom wet area

   For a bathroom, plumbing and the shower or tub area are set before tile, fixtures, and the finishes around them.

5. 5

   Basement shell, then finishes

   For a basement, work moves from the shell of the room, including walls and moisture, to flooring, paint, doors, and the stairs you use to get there.

6. 6

   Walk the finished room

   We go through the bathroom or basement with you when the interior work is complete.
