   Tell us the idea

   Call or use the contact page. Say whether this is a new building, an addition, or remodeling a room that is already there.

   Walk the project

   We talk through what you want the space to do. If a look at the house or the lot is needed, we set that up before anyone starts building.

   Write down the scope

   You should be able to see what is included before work begins. We do not put a price on this page. The estimate comes from the actual job.

   Open the work up

   On a remodel, the parts that are coming out are removed and the rest of the house is protected. On new construction, framing goes up from the foundation so the rooms take shape.

5. 5

   Close it in and finish

   Walls, roof, and openings come together, then the interior finishes follow the plan you agreed to.

   Walk the finished space

   We go through the completed work with you so you can see what was built.
