Using this site

This site describes construction and remodeling work from Bellex Construction in Minneapolis, Minnesota. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Estimates are not a contract

A phone call, an email, or a request for an estimate is not a contract. Price, scope, and schedule are set only in a written agreement both sides accept. The words “GET YOU FREE ESTIMATE HERE.” are an invitation to contact us, not a promise of a price.

The work

What we can take on includes new construction and remodeling, excavation, Bobcat services, ICF foundations, epoxy flooring, decks and porches, bathroom and basement remodeling, drywall, paint, trim, carpet, flooring, tile, and other construction from the ground up. Photos on the site show examples. Your project will follow the written agreement, not a photo.
